🥧 Jess Pies – Reheating Instructions

For the best flavor and flakiest crust, we recommend reheating in the oven or air fryer whenever possible.

FROM FROZEN

Mini Pies

  • Microwave:  50% power for 1–2 minutes, then high for 30–60 seconds.  Let rest 1 minute before enjoying.
  • Air Fryer:  325°F for 10–12 minutes
  • Oven:  350°F for 25–30 minutes

Large Pies

  • Oven:  350°F, covered with foil, for 45–55 minutes.  Remove foil during the last 10 minutes to crisp the crust.

FROM REFRIGERATOR

Mini Pies

  • Microwave:  30–60 seconds
  • Air Fryer:  325°F for 5–7 minutes
  • Oven:  325°F for 12–15 minutes

Large Pies

  • Oven:  325°F, covered with foil, for 20–25 minutes

✨ Best Results:  For the flakiest crust and best texture, we recommend using an air fryer or conventional oven whenever possible.

🍪 Jess Pies – Cookie Dough Baking Instructions

Our cookie dough is pre-portioned and ready to bake straight from the freezer for fresh-from-the-oven cookies anytime.

FROM FROZEN

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F - Remove cookie dough balls from the freezer and let sit at room temperature for up to 10 minutes while the oven preheats.
  2. Bake:  Place dough balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet, spaced 2–3 inches apart.  Bake for 13–15 minutes, or until edges are set and centers are slightly soft.
  3. Cool & Enjoy:  Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a rack.  Cookies will continue to set as they cool.

✨ Baking Tips for Best Results

  • For softer, gooey centers: bake closer to 13 minutes
  • For crisp edges: bake closer to 15 minutes
  • Do not thaw completely before baking — cold dough helps cookies hold their shape
